Around the Hospital

On top we have Maria.  She is our official greeter.  She feels her major responsibilities are to help you with your transactions.  She's especially fond of hundred dollar bills! - ask our receptionists what she does when she see's one!

Bottom left is Chevy.  He came to us with some head trauma.  He still has some permanent nerve damage and a head tilit.  But he gets around wonderfully, and can often be found lounging on our front counter. He enjoys his wet food and belly rubs.

Bottom right is Mango.  She came to us as a stray with a broken pelvis.  Now she's enjoying the good life of sleeping in sunbeams, and food o' plenty!  She did however go on a walk-about a while ago, but was returned to us by the great benefits of having a tattoo.

Jack You won't see much as he is pretty shy.  But if you do get a chance to see him you'll notice he has only one eye.  Hence the name "One Eyed Jack". When he was surrendered to us he had Glaucoma in one eye and so Dr.Ringness removed it.

Norton is our little trouble maker.  We have had Norton since he came to us as a very sick kitten. He was diagnosed with Haemobartonella, and after recieving a blood transfusion he recovered very well. Norton is very playful and loves to be around any water!

Thumper is a long haired tabby that you can see at the back of the basket. He has what is called Chondrodysplasia and so his front legs are malformed. He has had this condition since birth. He is a little shy but once he gets to know you he is very sweet. He came to us as a stray.

Mini you can see snuggled up with Thumper in the basket. Weighing in at 2.4 Kg, she is an abnormally small cat. For reasons unknown to us Mini will never get any bigger than she is now. She is the youngest of our crew and is very playful. Mini also came to us as a stray.
